Retourbeleid & Terugbetalingsbeleid — Pretty Bows

Bij Pretty Bows hechten we veel belang aan de tevredenheid van onze klanten. Lees hieronder onze retourvoorwaarden zorgvuldig door.

Retourperiode Je hebt 15 dagen na ontvangst van je bestelling om een retour aan te vragen.

Voorwaarden voor retour Een artikel kan alleen worden teruggestuurd als het:

  • Niet gedragen of gebruikt is
  • In originele staat verkeert (niet beschadigd, niet gewassen)
  • Niet gepersonaliseerd is (artikelen met geborduurd naam of andere personalisatie worden niet teruggenomen)

Retourkosten De verzendkosten voor het terugsturen zijn voor rekening van de klant.

Terugbetaling Na ontvangst en controle van het geretourneerde artikel, wordt het bedrag teruggestort op de originele betaalmethode binnen 5-7 werkdagen.

Geen ruil Pretty Bows biedt geen ruilservice aan. Wenst u een ander artikel? Plaats een nieuwe bestelling.

Délai de retour Vous disposez de 15 jours après réception de votre commande pour effectuer une demande de retour.

Conditions de retour Un article ne peut être retourné que s'il :

  • N'a pas été porté ou utilisé
  • Est dans son état d'origine (non endommagé, non lavé)
  • N'est pas personnalisé (les articles brodés ou personnalisés ne sont pas repris)

Frais de retour Les frais d'envoi pour le retour sont à la charge du client.

Remboursement Après réception et vérification de l'article retourné, le montant sera remboursé sur le moyen de paiement original dans un délai de 5 à 7 jours ouvrables.

Pas d'échange Pretty Bows ne propose pas de service d'échange. Vous souhaitez un autre article ? Passez une nouvelle commande.

  • Is not personalised (embroidered or personalised items cannot be returned)

Return Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

No Exchanges Pretty Bows does not offer an exchange service. Would you like a different item? Please place a new order.
